About Perrytree

Built for people who want exposure, not anxiety

Perrytree started from a simple observation: most students interested in crypto don't want to trade all day — they want a sensible way to hold a position without watching charts between lectures.

Our story

A smaller, calmer way into crypto

Perrytree was created to give students and first-time investors a structured alternative to manual trading. Rather than chasing short-term price moves, we focus on one job: limiting how much a position can lose while it's held.

The idea is intentionally narrow. We don't promise market-beating returns or constant monitoring — we build and refine a system that applies consistent, rules-based risk controls, so decisions aren't driven by panic, fatigue, or a missed notification.

That focus has shaped everything since: the product stays simple, the controls stay visible, and the starting amount stays low enough to learn without overcommitting.

Mission

Why Perrytree exists

Our mission is to make downside risk something you set once and trust, rather than something you manage manually every time the market moves. We aim to be useful to someone starting with a modest amount, not just experienced traders.

Risk first

Every feature is evaluated by how it affects drawdown and exposure before anything else — growth is secondary to control.

Low barrier to start

We design for people testing the waters, which is why the entry point stays small and the interface stays easy to understand.

Consistency over emotion

Automated, rules-based decisions are applied the same way every time, removing guesswork from stressful moments.

How we work

The approach behind the product

Perrytree is built and maintained by a small, focused team rather than a large trading desk. We keep the scope deliberately limited so the product does one thing well.

  1. Define the rules

We set clear, explainable thresholds for exposure and drawdown before any automation is switched on.

  2. Apply them consistently

The system follows those rules the same way at 3am as it does at 3pm — no second-guessing, no skipped steps.

  3. Review and refine

We revisit the rules periodically as conditions change, adjusting carefully rather than reacting to short-term noise.

We're upfront that this is risk management, not a guarantee. Perrytree is designed to limit how bad things can get, not to predict markets or promise profit.

Our team

A small team, a focused job

Perrytree is run by a compact team covering product, risk logic, and support. We'd rather stay small and accountable for a narrow set of promises than grow quickly and dilute what the product is meant to do.
